Gary L. Miller, P.E., TBE, CxA San Antonio Branch Manager Gary learned heavy steel fabrication and engineering field work before earning his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Lamar University in 1983. He has worked with the firm ever since, lending his combined practical/technical viewpoint to continuously enhance our delivery of services. With a diverse project portfolio encompassing universities, large healthcare facilities, K-12 projects, multi-million-square-foot office facilities, data centers and municipal and campus chilled water distribution systems, Gary has managed such landmark projects as the SBC Center, Alamodome and Texas State Capital renovation. To assure that equipment meets the design criteria and intent, he has toured equipment factories across the nation to witness testing of various types of chillers, terminal units, air handling units, fans and commercial and industrial control systems.He has delivered presentations to national meetings of the Canadian Associated Air Balance Council Chapter and Controlled Environment Testing Association, and has published articles in the AABC TAB Journal. Gary is a licensed professional engineer, AABC-certified TBE, Certified Commissioning Authority by the AABC Commissioning Group and a member of ASHRAE.
