2011
Josh started his career with EAB as a TAB Field Technician. His prior experience as an Energy Analyst for Sempra Energy Solutions and a Senior Digital Controls Technician for the UT Health Science Center brings a unique perspective to the work at EAB.
2011-2017
Josh played a critical role in developing the testing laboratory at our Houston facility as well as the testing protocols for Laboratory Control Systems for which EAB is well known today. Additionally, Josh helped to start the dedicated Building Commissioning group within EAB, a monumental task to build a better commissioning program to address the true needs of our clients. Finally, Josh developed and managed the instrument calibration program for the Houston branch that is still in use today.
2012-2015
Josh served as Commissioning Coordinator for the highly complex
UT M.D. Anderson Zayed project. It required Josh to coordinate dedicated meetings and conversations with various experts to provide a well-designed plan to complete the vast testing of the many critical and complex systems encompassed in the building.
2014-2017
Josh was the Commissioning Project Manager for the
Phillips 66 project. From general contractor changes to revisions made to the complexity of the equipment being installed, Josh maintained consistent coordination between all parties involved to move this project to completion.
2017-Present
A proven leader, Josh was promoted to Commissioning Manager in 2017 to lead the Houston Cx Team.
2019-2020
The U of H Quadrangle Project was a significant project for both Josh and EAB. It was one of the first large projects EAB provided commissioning services for the University of Houston. This project was completed successfully and on schedule due to the entire project team working synchronously and supporting the outlined commissioning process. The relationship developed during this project between our team, Austin Commercial and The University of Houston paved the way for many more future projects.
