2013-2016

Chris Stevenson began his journey at HTS as a BAS Technician. In this role, he was responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Building Automation Systems (BAS). Chris gained valuable hands-on experience in working with BAS components and systems, laying the groundwork for his future advancements within the company.

2016-Present

In this elevated role as Senior BAS Technician at HTS, Chris has taken on increased responsibilities, including overseeing complex BAS projects. Chris' expertise and leadership have been instrumental in delivering high-quality solutions and solidifying HTS' reputation for excellence in the industry.

I identify the most with the core value quality. The emphasis on thoroughness, attention to detail, proper application of knowledge and procedures, as well as the commitment to communicating information intelligently and comprehensively, demonstrates a dedication to excellence that is exceptional and unsurpassed. Quality is not just a standard to meet but a mindset and approach that permeates all aspects of work.

What is your ideal room temperature, and why?

My ideal room temperature is 70 degrees Fahrenheit at 50% relative humidity, because I am most comfortable in those settings. This provides me with the ideal balance of comfort and productivity, making it the perfect setting for my working environment.

What is your absolute favorite thing about working for EAB?

The strong emphasis on teamwork. At EAB, there is mutual respect and open communication among team members at all levels. This creates a positive and supportive work environment where everyone feels valued. Collaborating with colleagues who share a commitment to quality, enhances productivity but also makes the work experience fulfilling.

What did you want to be when you were little?

When I was little, I wanted to fly fighter jets for the US Air Force.
