2004 – 2006
Christopher spent his high school summers apprenticing at a sheet metal shop, gaining hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge in the fabrication and assembly of HVAC ductwork and fittings.
2006 – 2012
Christopher served as a TAB Technician at Johnson Controls in Indiana, where he was first exposed to the world of Test & Balance.
2011
Christopher was certified as a TAB technician by both the Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing Bureau (TABB) and National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB).
2012 – 2013
Christopher furthered his skillset as a control technician, becoming adept in wiring building automation control systems.
2013 – 2014
Christopher's journey with EAB began on the Eskenazi Hospital project in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he worked as a TAB Technician, and had the opportunity to work with numerous EAB employees. As the project was nearing its end, Christopher jokingly suggested relocating to Dallas to join the EAB family. To his surprise, EAB invited him to tour their Dallas office. Christopher's first-ever flight out of Indiana marked a turning point in his life. After a warm EAB Texas reception he went back home to Indiana and pitched the idea to move to Texas with his soon-to-be fiancé. They decided to take the leap moving to Dallas to embark on a new chapter and Christopher officially started at the EAB Dallas branch location in 2014.
2014
Christopher was certified as a TAB Technician by the Associated Air Balance Council (AABC).
2017
Christopher was promoted to Commissioning Specialist.
2018
One of his most significant projects as a Commissioning Specialist was the Denton County Admin Complex Phase 3 project, located in North Texas. It represented the first Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver initiative for which Christopher offered commissioning services.
2019
In 2019, Christopher became a Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA) through the AABC Commissioning Group (ACG).
2020
Christopher was promoted to Commissioning Coordinator. Serving in this role, Christopher coordinated the University of North Texas Building One Project in Frisco, Texas. The EAB Team was responsible for conducting comprehensive tests on all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure their optimal functionality. This collaborative effort represented a significant milestone in the university's expansion. Due to Christopher's leadership, the successful completion of Building One did not only achieve the immediate goal of turning over an optimum operating facility, but also created opportunities for Christopher and EAB to continue contributing to the ongoing development and expansion of the UNT Frisco campus.
2023
Christopher was promoted to Commissioning Project Manager.
2025

More About

Which of these core values (Integrity, Quality, Consistency and Teamwork) do you most identify with, and what does it mean to you?

I strongly uphold both quality and consistency in everything I do. Pursuing quality means striving for excellence and always delivering the best results possible, while consistency ensures that we maintain this level of quality across all our projects.

What is your ideal room temperature, and why?

My ideal room temperature is around 68 degrees. Coming from Indiana, I have always enjoyed cooler temperatures, and I find that this temperature provides the perfect balance of comfort and productivity.

What is your absolute favorite thing about working for EAB?

What did you want to be when you were little?

As a child, I was fascinated by how things worked, and I dreamed of becoming an architect or an engineer. I often got into trouble for taking things apart just to see how they functioned.

What do you like to do on your days off?

When I have some downtime, I like to engage in activities that not only help me unwind but also allow me to continue learning and growing. Keeping up with the latest technology trends is something that fascinates me, and I find it exciting to stay up to date with new advancements that often benefit my work at EAB. I enjoy playing board games with friends to unwind and socialize, and I am constantly exploring new home projects and hobbies.
