Which of these core values (Integrity, Quality, Consistency and Teamwork) do you most identify with, and what does it mean to you?
I identify most strongly with integrity because it reflects all of EAB’s core values. When faced with difficult decisions, I rely on integrity to guide me, knowing there is rarely regret in choosing to do what is right. The biggest impact that EAB has made on my personal life is how I try to take the EAB Core Values and apply them to being a father and a husband.
What is your ideal room temperature, and why?
The ideal room temperature is 71°F DB/ 59°F WB because anything outside of that is uncomfortable.
What is your absolute favorite thing about working for EAB?
I have always valued the camaraderie and professionalism of my fellow coworkers.
What did you want to be when you were little?
I wanted to be an Orthopedic Surgeon. Ironically, I still ended up working in critical care environments.
What do you like to do on your days off?
Spending time with my amazing wife and three sons. I am constantly playing baseball or other sports with my boys as a volunteer coach. If I am not with them, I really enjoy going to concerts or sporting events with my wife. If it is waterfowl season, I will be deep into nature and barely reachable by phone.
