Which of these core values (Integrity, Quality, Consistency and Teamwork) do you most identify with, and what does it mean to you?
I identify most with Integrity. I believe all of the others naturally follow from conducting yourself with integrity both personally and professionally. I believe in being true to your word and maintaining your honesty and transparency.
What is your ideal room temperature, and why?
I prefer a room on the cooler side at 68º. To me it’s the perfect comfortable temperature.
What is your absolute favorite thing about working for EAB?
I enjoy EAB’s culture of being a family first company. EAB has been unfailing in its commitment to support my family and allow me the flexibility to have time off with my family and be present in my children’s lives.
What did you want to be when you were little?
Initially a professional soccer player but once that didn’t work out I wanted to be an engineer. I am happy to say I achieved that goal.
What do you like to do on your days off?
I enjoy going on vacation with my family, visiting out of town family and friends, family cruises, theme parks, concerts, or Dallas Cowboys games.
