EXPERIENCE WITH EAB

"I love to solve problems. No two projects are ever the same, and working at EAB presents me with a unique set of challenges requiring different solutions. These solutions provide real, lasting effects for our clients. It’s very rewarding and satisfying to walk through a building and see the finished product you helped create."

More About

Which of these core values (Integrity, Quality, Consistency and Teamwork) do you most identify with, and what does it mean to you?

Teamwork. Teamwork means noticing what needs to be done and pitching in, even when it is not your responsibility, and you may not get any credit for it. These are the types of actions that always make the difference in providing excellent service for our clients. I have a lot of respect for my coworkers, and there is no one I would rather have in my corner when I am on a large project with a tight deadline. We have a great spirit of camaraderie here at EAB. Even the most challenging circumstances have provided me with a lot of great memories.

What is your ideal room temperature, and why?

72-74°F is fine if the humidity is kept under control.

What is your absolute favorite thing about working for EAB?

What did you want to be when you were little?

I always wanted to work in the construction industry in some capacity. My all-time favorite toy as a child was Legos. I could spend hours in my room building whatever I wanted and letting my imagination run wild.

What do you like to do on your days off?

I enjoy woodworking and working on various DIY projects around the house. I also love to spend time with my family, watching my daughter grow up and thrive in her various activities as I cheer her on!
