As Engineered Air Balance enters its 70th year, we find ourselves reflecting on the journey that brought us here. Seven decades of innovation, partnership, and unwavering dedication have shaped EAB into the company it is today, and none of it would be possible without the people who make this work meaningful, our employees, our clients, and our industry partners.
This milestone year also marks an important moment in our company’s story. We are proud to share that Kevin Underwood will be transitioning into his new role as Vice President of EAB, while Justin Garner will step into the role of President. 
These transitions reflect a thoughtful and intentional evolution of our leadership team. Kevin has served our organization with remarkable guidance, integrity, and commitment to excellence. His influence is seen in every branch, every process, and every person he has supported along the way. Justin steps into the President role with the same passion for people, client relationships, and operational excellence that has anchored EAB for all these years. His leadership has been instrumental in advancing EAB Training, expanding our market presence, and strengthening our technical depth.
