“EAB has introduced me to many team members whom I can sincerely call my friends. I enjoy being able to bounce thoughts and ideas off my fellow team members both at work and at home. EAB has genuinely brought additional meaningful relationships into my life that I am very thankful to have.” – George Teasdale

George’s Time at EAB

George completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Purdue University in 2010. He interned for two summers at Reed, Wells, & Benson Consulting Engineers and one summer at Engineered Air Balance.

After college, George wanted to continue developing his HVAC/TAB experience gained from summer internships, so George began his EAB Career as a Technician in Training in 2011.

By 2012 he completed his training and became an EAB Technician.

George’s hard work continued to pay off and within the next year he was promoted to Project Supervisor and worked on the massive Wishard Hospital/Eskanazi Health project in Indianapolis, Indiana, more on that project later!

Over the next 8 years, George was able to work in a variety of industries (Commercial, Government, Healthcare, Higher Education, and Laboratories), and gain valuable technical knowledge and experience.

George currently serves as a Senior Project Manager for the Dallas branch office. His leadership and his dedication to teamwork and integrity truly makes you feel the difference. We are so grateful to have him on our team!

Milestone Moments

Over the last 11 years, George has had the opportunity to work on some very unique projects. Here is just a glimpse of those projects:

Previously mentioned, George worked on the massive Wishard Hospital/Eskanazi Health project in Indianapolis, Indiana. For this sophisticated endeavor, George led a two-man team to test and balance a multitude of HVAC systems in a process that lasted approximately one year.

After being promoted to Project Coordinator in 2017, George coordinated multiple teams to test and balance the new Wings Flight Training Center and supporting office building for Southwest Airlines.

George was promoted to Project Manager while leading the American Airlines Skyview 8 project in 2019. He managed multiple teams to test underfloor systems and traditional VAV AHU systems for American’s new headquarters facility. This advanced job involved challenging underfloor pressure testing, as well as extensive testing of the central utility plant.

In 2021, George was promoted to Senior Project Manager while leading the Raytheon Office and Clean Room project. He managed multiple teams to test large quantities of fan filter units and pressure cascade sequences. Additionally, George managed multiple teams as they completed complex projects such as a PISD Fine Arts Center, UTSW Vivarium, and UTSW Radiation Oncology building.

Which of these core values (Integrity, Quality, Consistency and Teamwork) do you most identify with, and what does it mean to you?

Integrity and Teamwork are the values that I have really embraced here at EAB. I believe that both values complement each other. Each person needs to have integrity to build a solid foundation of trust, and when an entire team has an extremely high level of integrity, the team can accomplish almost any task. EAB’s commitment to these values enables us to provide excellent performance testing and data to our clients.
